We keep coming back year after year to the coffees being produced by the El Palto Cooperative in Peru, a small cooperative tucked away in the Amazonian Andes. The 189 contributing members only produce organic coffee and focus on highly traceable lots, separating lots from individual farmers.
This particular lot was grown by Ronal Carranza Montenegro. We found the cup to be incredibly sweet with notes of Plum, Fuji Apple and Almond.
