Black Crow was one of our first coffees and a staple dark roast at our espresso bars.
Roast level is the darkest we go on any of our coffees bringing out a big, bold body and lots of smooth, smokey notes.
Origin: Toraja, Sulawesi
Varietal: Bourbon, Pacas, Pacamara
Growing Alltitude: 1,400 - 1,900 meters
Process: Wet Hulled Process
Cupping Notes: Peppery, Spicy, Bold Rich Body, Smokey Finish.
