Rwandan coffee is slowly becoming some of our favorite coffee and for good reason, always offering incredible sweetness and a juicy complexity. This coffee comes from Remera Station, which is one of two washing stations run and operated by Buf Cafe.
On the cupping table we got notes of peach, brown sugar and bright acidity. We found this coffee to really open up as it cooled, so we recommend letting it rest for five to ten minutes after brewing it.
