Cardamom is one of those evasive flavors and it is captured beautifully in this fabu syrup that I use exclusively for home made waffles; drizzle over the waffle and blueberries/strawberries or even peaches and it's a perfect taste, super nice alt to our New England maple syrup. Amazing product, keep it going!
