This is my Dave's third Dave's Coffee mug in 6 or so years. The turnover is mostly from constant use. We don't put it in the dishwasher, but the second one's handle did not survive a recent tumble. While he picked up the shards, I ordered a new one immediately and the mug arrived shockingly quickly!
