Blind Pig Coffee
Blind Pig originated as our house espresso blend and quickly turned into one of our favorite coffees as a drip as well. This blend is smooth, balanced and sweet and results in a solid crema when pulled as shots for espresso.
The name stems from the days when we were "home roasting" and sneaking some of this coffee in through the back door of our espresso bar for customers to sample.
Origin: Brazil, Ethiopia
Varietal: Mundo Novo, Catuaí, Bourbon, Heirloom Arabica varieties
Growing Altitude: 900 - 1,800 meters
Process: Natural, sun-dried on raised beds
Cupping Notes: Cacao, Black Cherry, Walnut, Balanced Acidity.
