The Dave's Coffee® Mission
Our mission is simple. We aim to bring the best coffees from around the world and roast them to bring out their best characteristics. We source coffees that are responsibly grown and sustainably harvested from small, independent farmers. Giving back and supporting our people, communities, and causes that matter most to us is an integral part of our mission. At Dave's cafe's, we take great pride in the fact that we make everything from scratch, in house. All of our baked goods, foods, breads and even our syrups are made in small batches at our shops. We are committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion. Our employees are the most valuable asset we have.
