Hi Razia, we'll be happy to change your gift card to an in-store gift card. We will contact you today to see if you'd like to do that. Unfortunately, the system we use online is different than the one we use in our shops. So, you're correct that we cannot accept the same card used online and in-store. But we're here to make sure you can use it where it is best for you!
