Cocktail & Mocktail Syrups
Botanical syrups for cocktails and mocktails, steeped in small batches at our Rhode Island roastery. Real rosemary, juniper berries, cardamom pods, hibiscus and lavender with pure cane sugar — no corn syrup, no artificial flavors, no colors.
Every bottle is a full 16 oz, twice the 8 oz most botanical syrups come in.
What to do with them
- Gin and tonic. Rosemary juniper is the one built for it — tonic over ice, an ounce of gin, a sprig of rosemary.
- Mocktails. The botanicals carry a drink on their own, so nothing here needs spirits to be worth drinking.
- Lattes, hot or iced. Cardamom vanilla and pumpkin spice were built for coffee first.
- Sparkling water. The simplest test of a syrup, and the one that shows the flavor most clearly.
Steeped whole, not flavored. That is the difference between seasoning a drink and sweetening it.
