Blind Pig Coffee

So far the beans have been outstanding. Delicious and consistently good! I hope the technique does not change. I’ll support the bean as far as it remains true to its uniqueness!
Thank you for your work

Hi Mario, Thank you for choosing Blind Pig Coffee and taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your support and hope you’re enjoying every cup. - Your Friends at Dave’s Coffee
A very good mild, yet robust coffee. A good way to start my day. The only detractor being, I would liked to have fresher beans. Less dry, a bit more oiler for fresh roasted small batch coffee. Other than that, I will more than likely order again.
Hi Jefrey, thank you for sharing your thoughts! We're glad you enjoy the mild yet robust flavor. Please keep in mind that oil is not an indicator of freshness. On the contrary, coffee beans that have been sitting around for a while will tend to be more oily because when exposed to oxygen over time, the beans dry out and their internal oils migrate to the surface. Sometimes dark roasts or decaf coffees will be oily when fresh, but not light or medium roasts. I hope this helps!
Coffee Story:
Blind Pig originated as our house espresso blend and quickly turned into one of our favorite coffees as a drip as well. This blend is smooth, balanced, and sweet and results in a solid crema when pulled as shots for espresso.
The name stems from the days when we were "home roasting" and sneaking some of this coffee in through the back door of our espresso bar for customers to sample.
A medium roast espresso blend & perfect combination of bold flavor & smooth finish. Specialty Arabica beans roasted to perfection to bring out a rich, complex flavor espresso lovers crave. Whether you're making a latte or enjoying a shot, this blend delivers a taste you'll love. Best medium roast espresso blend coffee!
Small bits of stone or concrete may be found in patio dried coffee. Check carefully to avoid damage to grinders.
