Great Decafs can be hard to find, and we have cupped many. We are happy to be partnering up with Sustainable Harvest for a special lot coming from Cooperativa de Risaralda in Colombia. The cooperative which was founded in 1958 by only 38 farmers is now comprised of many smaller organizations and farmers. We are thrilled to be offering this great coffee which was decaffeinated at the Swiss Water Plant in British Colombia, Canada.
