What is it?

It's exactly what it sounds like, and it shouldn't work, but it does. Cold brew from our own roast, real lemon, a little cane sugar, carbonated. It drinks like a lemonade that woke up. Bright and tart up front, coffee on the back end, and enough lift to get you through an afternoon on the water.

Why get it?

We make it once a year, in summer, because that's the only time it makes sense. It's in a handful of Rhode Island coolers and on this page. That's it. If you've had one you already know. If you haven't, this is the last window until next June.

Why is it called Lobsta Juice?

Rhode Island lobstermen are up before the sun and out on the water all day. Coffee and something cold are the two things that get you through it. We named it after them, and after the way we say it around here. No lobster in the can. Just the crew who inspired it.
