Steeped rosemary and whole juniper berries with pure cane sugar. That's the whole recipe — no corn syrup, no artificial flavors, no colors. Made in small batches at our Rhode Island roastery, in a full 16 oz bottle — twice the 8 oz most botanical syrups come in.
Rosemary and juniper are the flavors in a gin bottle. We steep them whole, so this tastes green and piney rather than sweet. It seasons a drink instead of sugaring it.
Ways to use it
Gin and tonic. An ounce of gin, sparkling tonic over ice, a splash of syrup, a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Cranberry mocktail. No spirits needed — the botanicals carry it on their own.
Rosemary latte. Hot or iced. Rosemary and espresso is a real pairing, not a novelty — here's how we make it.
Sparkling water over ice. The simplest version, and the one that shows the flavor most clearly.
It also gives well. A 16 oz bottle of something nobody else is bottling is an easy present for anyone who takes their gin seriously.
Please note that bottles are filled by fluid ounces. Due to natural variations in glass, some may appear fuller or less full. Rest assured, each bottle contains 16 fluid ounces.
