Easy to get gift card

I ordered a gift card for online use- it was very easy and the card was emailed to me immediately. It is a perfect gift to send someone who loves your products- they can pick out what they would like- all online.

Can’t use it

I’m unable to use the card I purchased as a gift online and when you go to use it at the store they can’t look it up.

Hi Razia, we'll be happy to change your gift card to an in-store gift card. We will contact you today to see if you'd like to do that. Unfortunately, the system we use online is different than the one we use in our shops. So, you're correct that we cannot accept the same card used online and in-store. But we're here to make sure you can use it where it is best for you!
