Spray Rock is a blend of Sumatra, Brazil and Colombia coffees. We roast it medium dark to bring out the sugars and sweetness of the beans. The flavor is big, bold and velvety smooth.

I am very much enjoying the syrup. I use it to flavor my homemade kefir, and it's like drinking a coffee shake! Also use it with almond milk, and it's delicious. Will be trying it on ice cream next, which I'm sure will be great!

From Asia, through the Americas to Europe, coffee is cultivate, curated, roasted, brewed and celebrated in major meccas and corner cafes. Dave's is a precious gem hiding among countless small-batch roasters. Fireside is a wonderful roast that that holds it's own against my favorite single estate Kona, or Blue Mountain variants... Their Costa Rica roast showed me unicorns still exist... My sincere gratitude to everyone at Dave's and to the dear friend who sent me the first bag.

a friend from colorado visited and I took him to rhode island, introduced him to the wonders of rhode island cuisine and shamelessly turned him into a coffee milk addict.
